44 Units Marden Kent

After building from general customer care projects we moved on to complete the works for 44 Unit Site for Jones Homes Southern in Marden Kent,

Public Footpath

Part of our project at marden we had to cut a public footpath across the existing green area and install a timber edged footpath topped with shelf binding gravel.

SB Groundworks specialise in getting projects over the line and on to their maintenance period and hence release some of the bond payments.
We take on all the aspects of work required TM, loading with highways, permits and act as a go between with client and highways/councils agency.

On the project in Marden, we completed all remedial works to existing carriageways and finishes (kerbs, setts etc), we completed street light connection pits and completed all the surface finishes to the highway and footpaths, then to finally add the finishing touches all the lining works.

SB Groundworks have been employed to completed fully road remedials to an existing site that has been built over a 20 year period, the remedial works were very expansive and range across many items, such as
Install raised speed tableInstall traffics calming bays Major surfacing worksStreet-lighting pits and Gaz Referencing All major repairs and replacements to kerbs Lowering Manholes and easing ironworks.
Again all the above it covered with our TM and our NRSWA Team police the whole project.

New Stable Block, Newmarket
